配送手数料

国内送料は全国一律720円（税込）です。

日本国内配送に限り、10,000円（税込）以上のご注文で送料無料となります。

海外配送は送料無料対象外となります。

海外発送をご希望の場合は、ご注文前にContact Usよりお問い合わせください。

国際送料は配送先の国・地域、商品重量、梱包サイズおよび配送方法に応じて個別に算出いたします。

参考送料は以下のとおりです。

・中国・韓国・台湾：3,000円〜

・その他アジア地域：3,000円〜

・オセアニア・ヨーロッパ・カナダ：3,500円〜

・アメリカ：4,000円〜

・中南米・アフリカ：4,000円〜

上記は目安であり、実際の送料は配送条件により変動する場合があります。

キャンペーン等により送料条件が変更される場合があります。

追加料金（商品価格以外）

・銀行振込手数料（銀行振込をご利用の場合）

・関税、輸入税、通関手数料その他各国で発生する費用（海外配送の場合）

商品配達期間

通常、ご注文確定後2〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。

国内配送の場合、発送後2〜5日程度でのお届けとなります。

海外配送をご希望の場合は事前のお問い合わせが必要となり、お届けまで通常10〜20日程度お時間をいただきます。

ただし、天候、自然災害、交通状況、物流状況、配送会社都合、通関手続き、注文集中、システム障害その他不可抗力により、発送および配送に遅延が発生する場合があります。

発送予定日および到着予定日はあくまで目安であり、到着日時を保証するものではありません。

配送方法

国内配送はヤマト運輸、日本郵便、佐川急便等の配送会社を利用して配送いたします。

海外配送はEMS、国際eパケット、国際郵便その他当ショップ指定の配送方法にて発送いたします。

配送会社および配送方法は当ショップにて選定するものとし、お客様による指定はできません。

返品期間

商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り対応いたします。

返金ポリシー

原則として、お客様都合による返品・返金・交換・キャンセルは承っておりません。

以下を含む理由による返品・交換・返金・キャンセルは対応対象外となります。

・イメージ違い

・サイズ違い

・注文間違い

・色味の違い

・着用感の違い

・軽微な糸のほつれ

・縫製や加工による個体差

・ロゴ、プリント、刺繍位置の個体差

・商品ごとのサイズ誤差（約1〜3cm程度）

・素材特有のシワ、匂い、質感差

・モニター環境や照明環境による見え方の違い

・配送遅延

また、以下の商品は返品・交換対象外となります。

・商品到着後7日以上経過した商品

・使用済み商品

・洗濯済み商品

・タグや付属品を紛失した商品

・お客様のもとで汚損、破損、匂い移りが生じた商品

・セール商品

・限定商品

誤配送または重大な初期不良があった場合に限り、内容確認後、当ショップ判断にて返品・交換または返金対応を行います。

返品配送ポリシー

誤配送または重大な初期不良の場合に限り、返品送料は当ショップ負担といたします。

事前連絡なしで返送された商品は受取できない場合があります。

販売数量制限

商品によっては購入数量を制限する場合があります。

転売目的、不正注文、大量購入、その他当ショップが不適切と判断した注文については、事前通知なくキャンセルまたは制限する場合があります。

免責事項

当ショップは、通信障害、システム障害、物流遅延、配送事故、自然災害、天候不良、配送会社都合、通関遅延その他不可抗力によって発生した損害について責任を負いかねます。

配送完了後の紛失、盗難、置き配トラブル等については、配送会社の調査結果に基づき対応を行います。

海外配送における関税、輸入税、通関手数料、輸入規制、通関遅延、関税未払いによる返送、保管、廃棄等について、当ショップは責任を負いかねます。

Product Prices

Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥720 (tax included).

Free shipping is available on domestic orders over ¥10,000 (tax included).

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

If you would like your order shipped internationally, please contact us through our Contact Us page before placing your order.

International shipping fees are calculated individually based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and shipping method.

Estimated international shipping rates:

• China, South Korea, Taiwan: from ¥3,000

• Other Asian countries: from ¥3,000

• United States: from ¥4,000

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, natural disasters, customs clearance, carrier delays, order volume, system issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The following reasons are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations:

• Color differences

• Fit or comfort preferences

• Minor loose threads

• Manufacturing variations

• Variations in logo, print, or embroidery placement

• Size differences of approximately 1–3 cm

• Natural fabric wrinkles, odors, or texture differences

• Differences caused by monitor or lighting conditions

• Shipping delays

The following items are also not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items reported more than 7 days after delivery

• Used items

• Washed items

• Items missing tags or accessories

• Items damaged, stained, or altered by the customer

• Limited-edition items

In cases of incorrect shipments or significant manufacturing defects, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion after inspection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be covered by FENRARK only in cases of incorrect shipments or significant manufacturing defects.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Order Limitations

Purchase quantity limits may apply to certain products.

Orders suspected of resale, fraud, abuse, bulk purchasing, or any activity deemed inappropriate may be canceled or restricted without prior notice.

Disclaimer

FENRARK shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by communication failures, system issues, shipping accidents, natural disasters, severe weather, carrier-related issues, customs delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Issues involving lost packages, theft, or unattended deliveries after successful delivery confirmation will be handled based on the carrier's investigation results.

FENRARK is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance delays, import restrictions, returned shipments, storage fees, or package disposal resulting from unpaid customs charges or local regulations in the destination country.
